Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping of Complete Engines
All engines purchased through Skybound Aviation Limited are sent via a tracked and insured courier. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order had been processed.
If there is an issue with your engine, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be able to be fully protected under our shipping insurance. You can contact us via clive@skyboundaviation.uk to discuss a return.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping will be calculated based on order weight and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery starts at £2.69 via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Larger items/orders may be processed via additional couriers that may include (FedEx, UPS, DX, ParcelForce)
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6-7 Bush House, Marlborough Road, Swindon, SN4 0HS. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9-5pm on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to Countries outside of the United Kingdom.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming dispatch. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, if applicable.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clive@skyboundaviation.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clive@skyboundaviation.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
